Information about the category
What knowledge do you need to participate in the championship?
Primary school:
Knowledge of the Python language according to the core curriculum is enough.
High school:
The most desirable in this division is programming knowledge. Having this knowledge means that you can design, build and test programs in the problem solving process. In your programs you use: input/output statements, arithmetic and logical expressions, conditional statements, iterative statements, functions, as well as variables and arrays. Specifically, you program algorithms. An additional advantage will be the ability to design, create and test software that controls a robot or other object on the screen or in reality.
What will be the competition tasks?
- SEMI-FINALS - Python test
- FINALS - specific tasks to be performed on Python computers
You can access the materials needed for the semi-finals here (link on the championshipit.com platform after registration)

Invest in the future - why is it worth knowing a programming language?
The ability to program in python allows you to create modern applications in a high programming language, which has a fairly low entry threshold for a novice - so it gives you a chance to enter the world of programming easier than before from an early age
